Wafa, the Palestinian official news agency, had reported that three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli drone strike near the Balata refugee camp in Nablus.

Tensions have been high in the West Bank since Israel launched a devastating military incursion into Gaza following a Hamas strike on October 7.
