By maximizing business support systems (BSS) and operations support systems (OSS) in an experience-led economy, he urged the audience to rethink the new era of customer-agent interactions and stressed the necessity of intelligent automation and the accessibility of business intelligence (BI).
In addition to these developments, Global Wavenet engaged with industry heavyweights through the DTW Catalyst program, a platform for quick proof-of-concept initiatives, including Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat UAE, Comviva, SigScale, and Nbn. By bridging the gap between mobile, transport, and cloud technologies, our cooperation intends to equip CSPs with the benefits of developing wasmCloud technology and speed up the delivery of 5G applications.
