Four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli army operation on the Al-Far’a refugee camp in the West Bank

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, this is the second such event in two weeks.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, at least four young Palestinians were killed when Israeli soldiers invaded the Al-Far’a refugee camp near Tubas in the occupied West Bank on Monday.

According to a government statement, this was the second such incidence in two weeks.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said in a separate statement that its teams offered medical assistance to six critically injured people in the Al-Far’a camp and that they were rushed to hospitals.

The Israeli army retreated from the refugee camp after a two-hour raid, according to an Anadolu reporter.

According to local accounts, three Palestinians were apprehended during the raid.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, the latest deaths bring the total number of Palestinians murdered by Israeli forces and Israelis in the West Bank to 301 since Oct. 7, with over 3,100 more injured.

The Israeli army attacked the camp early Monday morning, prompting armed skirmishes between Palestinians and Israeli police, according to witnesses.

B’Tselem, an Israeli non-governmental organization, uploaded two films last Friday recording the Israeli army’s death of two Palestinians at close range in the West Bank during the raid on the Al-Far’a camp on December 8.

Tensions have been high across the West Bank as a result of an Israeli military incursion on the Gaza Strip in response to a cross-border strike by Hamas on Oct. 7.

In reprisal for the Hamas attack, Israel conducted air and ground operations on the Gaza Strip, killing at least 18,800 Palestinians, largely children and women, and wounded 51,000 more, according to health officials in the beachfront enclave.

The Hamas onslaught is thought to have murdered about 1,200 Israelis, while more than 130 captives remain in captivity.
